1959 Production and sales of micromotors began.

1979 Direct driver motors for cassette decks were introduced 

1980 Brushless DC motors were developed

1982 Sales of stepping motors began

1988 A SANVIC standard motor for VCRs was developed

1993 Sales of an AC servo system for use in industrial machines began

1996 Obtained the TUV approval for AC servomotors

1997 Developed a fluid dynamic bearing motor for hard disk drives

1999 Developed fluid dynamic bearing motor for hard disk drives 

         for mobil PCs, desktop PCs and servers.
